bass and flinders point cronulla

So named after Matthew Flinders and George Bass, who sailed through Botany Bay on the Tom Thumb and discovered Port Hacking. A sandstone monument stands in commemoration at the southernmost tip of Cronulla, on the Esplanade Walkway between Salmon Haul Bay and Oak Park. Bass and Flinders Point is a beautiful location for small weddings and wedding photos.
