SHARE SMR Inc, a non-profit organization, offers evidence-based wellness exercise programs for seniors at Sutherland Senior Centre. Programs include:
* Living Longer Living Stronger (strength & balance) – Every Tuesday, 9:00am – 10:00am (from 23rd July 2024)
* Pilates for Seniors (Floor or Chair) – Every Tuesday, 10:30am – 11:30am (from 23rd July 2024)
